Posing for a picture with Wladimir Klitschko and their daughter, the 'Nashville' actress talks about recovering from the labor and adjusting to a life as a parent.

AceShowbiz - Hayden Panettiere proudly shows off baby Kaya Evdokia, her first child with fiance Wladimir Klitschko. The new mom also talks about adjusting to her body's changes after giving birth to the bundle of joy on December 9.
"I'm limping around. I'm still trying to figure out what [pregnancy] has done to my body, how it's changed it. What's temporary and what's permanent," she tells PEOPLE. "I feel like an 80-year-old woman trying to go down the stairs, you know - please tell me this is temporary! But I know some things will never be the same again."
In the picture, the "Nashville" star is smiling as she cradles her newborn daughter and poses with her baby daddy. Being a parent has been "such a surreal experience and so out of body," she says. "You're suddenly looking at this little thing like, 'Oh, that was you in my belly this whole time,' [We're] just getting to know her."
"She's really so sweet," Panettiere says of her daughter. "I'm sure that's the way it's meant to be, because when they are putting you through the wringer you're like, 'You are so lucky you're cute!' "
