Demi Lovato premieres a brand new music video as a Christmas treat to her devotees. "Thank you all so much for the most amazing year yet! My Lovatics are truly the best. #Nightingale," the former Disney actress wrote on Twitter.

"Nightingale" is taken off her self-titled studio album in 2013. The music video is filled with concert footage and gives a glimpse at her intimate moment with her beau Wilmer Valderrama whom she credited for saving her from returning to rehab.

"It's been difficult. I almost went back to rehab for my eating disorder last summer. I was obsessing over food and terrified of it at the same time," she told Fitness magazine. "Wilmer noticed and called me out on it, which was a relief. I was done being afraid of food and so tired of overeating and not knowing why I did it. Now I'm on a structured meal plan. I eat four small meals and two snacks a day. It's teaching me portion control."
