Phaedra Parks confirmed on "Watch What Happens Live" on Sunday, December 21 that she and her incarcerated husband Apollo Nida were going to divorce. During her appearance, Phaedra was asked by Andy Cohen about her marital status.

"Well, we're amicably resolving this marriage," she said. Andy then asked her, "You're resolving to dissolve the marriage?" to which the star of "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" replied, "We're resolving this marriage...resolving to dissolve, yes."

Phaedra said she and her two sons, 4-year-old Ayden and 19-month-old Dylan, were still in contact with Apollo, who is currently in jail. "I talk to him at least, if not five, six times a week, if not more," the 43-year-old reality star shared, adding that her children were "definitely in contact" with their father.

"Well, of course we have a one year old, so he doesn't really comprehend," Phaedra said of Dylan, "He's just too young... Ayden definitely knows that he's in Kentucky and Apollo told him where he was. He definitely is very aware. It's very tough for a four year old."

On the Sunday episode of "The Real Housewives of Atlanta", Phaedra was surprised by the unexpected appearance of Apollo at a music video release party for new housewife Demetria McKinney. Later, Apollo wrapped his arms around Phaedra, who stiffened like a mannequin.

He said, "You don't miss me? I asked if you loved me earlier? You don't comment on that. I love you. Even if you don't love me."
