Lil Wayne's camp has spoken out about the rapper's recent Twitter rant against his record label Cash Money Records. Just hours after Weezy blasted the label for causing another "Tha Carter V" delay, his manager Cortez Bryan caught up with a TMZ videographer outside a club in West Hollywood.

Asked if everything's fine between Wayne and the label, Bryan said that there's nothing to worry about. "We good," he told the videographer. "I wouldn't be smiling if there were problems, I wouldn't be out at the club enjoying myself."

The first part of Wayne's "Tha Carter V" was originally planned to be released in November before getting pushed back to December 9. On Thursday morning, he told his fans via Twitter that the album had been delayed again "bekuz Baby & Cash Money Rec. refuse to release it."

"This is not my fault. I am truly and deeply sorry to all my fans but most of all to myself and my family for putting us in this situation," he continued. "I want off this label and nothing to do with these people but unfortunately it ain't that easy."

During the brief chat with Bryan, TMZ also asked about Tyga who lashed out at YMCMB on Twitter a few months ago after they didn't allow him to release his "The Gold Album: 18th Dynasty". "Tyga's good too. That's my brother," Bryan said. T-Raww, meanwhile, has hinted that he's no longer signed to the label. Also on Thursday, he said he'd drop his new album independently in 2015.
