Pebe Sebert claims she suffers 'emotional distress and post-traumatic stress disorder' after Dr. Luke allegedly raped her daughter.

AceShowbiz - Pebe Sebert, the mother of Kesha, formerly Ke$ha, countersued Dr. Luke, accusing him of mentally tormenting her by allegedly raping her daughter, TMZ reported. According to legal documents obtained by the site, Pebe said she suffered "emotional distress and post-traumatic stress disorder" because of the scandal.
Pebe claimed in her lawsuit that Dr. Luke did rape Kesha in a way "as not to be tolerated in a civilized society." She echoed her daughter's previous claims that the music producer gave her a date rape drug and physically abused her. She added that Dr. Luke would boast about getting girls drunks on a first date and then "f*** them in the a**."
Pebe also alleged Dr. Luke dealt drugs to entertainers during his 10-year run as a guitarist on "Saturday Night Live". She claimed it was the way Dr. Luke got the name "Dr."
Kesha's mother said the alleged sexual assault on her daughter caused her blood pressure to reach 265/180. She also went "hysterical and convulse to the point where she had to be medicated" during a therapy session.
In the previous news, Dr. Luke denied Kesha's lawyer Mark Geragos' claim which said he was the one who raped Lady GaGa. "Mark Geragos' statement is completely false and defamatory," a representative for Dr. Luke told E! Online, "Luke met Lady Gaga twice for less than half an hour total in those two meetings combined. He has never been alone with her and never touched her. Neither meeting was in that time frame reported."
