Freddie Prinze Jr. has just had a spinal surgery. He posted on Twitter a series of pictures that showed his road to recovery. "#KeepItPlayful Learnin to walk again is like learning jiu-jitsu - 1 technique at a time," he captioned a selfie that showed him with a neck brace.
There was also a picture of the "Star Wars Rebels" actor in a hospital, in a car, and in a gym. "#Graciejiujitsu Mental training. Visualize your technique. Then when youre healthy, you dont have to think anymore," he wrote in the pic that saw him in the gym.
The husband of Sarah Michelle Gellar jokingly suggested some nicknames for himself now that he had a neck brace. "Robo-Bro, Brobot, the Iron Android. Pris' new boyfriend. All acceptable nicknames," he wrote to his Twitter followers.
He also addressed exaggerated rumor that claimed he was in a serious health crisis. "Guys Im totally fine. Recovering great. No need to get ur info from entertainment 'news' sources who have no clue. Trust your homie," he explained. "Private medical info amigos. Lets say i had some disc issues that have been resolved. 'Nuff said friends."
