Drew Barrymore was stopped by a police officer after leaving a yoga class in Los Angeles on Thursday morning, November 27. The "50 First Dates" actress was slapped with a jaywalking ticket.
Drew was seemingly nervous as she played with her hair while the police officer was talking to her. The "Blended" actress wore a white-and-grey tee, a pair of jeans and nude slippers. Wearing no make-up, she completed her look with sunglasses.
Drew didn't seem to let the incident ruin her Thanksgiving day plans. Later on the day, Drew posted a Thanksgiving message on Facebook. The message read, "I'm thankful for my girlfriends. Who were my first family. And now I am lucky enough to have another! And my girlfriends are there for my daughters. And it makes me overwhelmed with joy. Happy Thanksgiving to all the friends and families out there. Drew."
She also posted on Instagram a photo of her adorable daughter Frankie. The 39-year-old actress captioned it, "Happy Thanksgiving. #mylittleturkey."
Drew can be seen in upcoming movie "Miss You Already" along with Toni Collette, Dominic Cooper and Paddy Considine. Directed by Catherine Hardwicke, the American-British romantic comedy is scheduled to hit theaters in the U.S. on October 1, 2015.
