Kim Richards' niece Alexia Umansky apparently is not the only one who was bitten by Richards' dog Kingsley. Just one day after news about the dog's attack on Kyle Richards' daughter broke out, a family friend named Kay Rozario said she planned to sue the star of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" after the dog bit her on March 20.

"Kim was lying on the bed talking, and all of a sudden out of nowhere, the dog starts biting me," Rozario told NY Daily News. "I'm trying to pull back, but the dog has hold of me with its teeth. I fall backwards onto floor with blood spurting everywhere. There was blood all over the place. It was terrifying, just terrifying."

Rozario claimed she had "big gaping wounds" on her left hand and right arm as the results. Richards reportedly refused to help with the treatment cost and Rozario planned to file the suit next week.

Richards has responded to the story, saying that the allegations are "vehemently untrue." She explained in a statement, "When the bite occurred I offered immediately to handle any and all costs associated with the hospital visit but was told that would not be necessary and there was nothing she needed me to do because insurance covered all costs."

"It's unfortunate how people can go against decades of friendship when something like this happens and make their rounds to the media for money," she added.

On Thursday, November 6, Richards and Kingsley made headlines with the dog's attack on her niece. According to Kyle Richards, her daughter was bitten on her thumb and needed surgery.
