Tori Spelling was photographed for the first time since her long-week hospital stay. She was seen stepping out in Los Angeles on Monday, November 3. The 41-year-old actress looked healthy as she made her way into an office building.

The "Beverly Hills, 90210" alum sported a floral top, denim jeans and a pair of black heels. According to E! Online, Tori, who was hospitalized for more than a week for bronchitis, sinusitis and pneumonia, was having a meeting with her production team for about four hours.

The site claimed Tori was picked up by her husband Dean McDermott when she was released from Cedars-Sinai Hospital on Friday, October 31. An eyewitness said of the "True Tori" star when she arrived back at her house, "She looked tired and her ankles looked swollen. Dean helped her out of their SUV and into the house. She was moving very slowly."

On October 23, Tori shared with her Instagram followers that she was missing a certain person while in the hospital. "This sick in hospital I finally see how quickly life can take it all away frm you," she captioned a photo of her in her hospital bed, "We all need 2 step up frm inside & go 4 it! W/our friends by our side. Sadly I've finally faced truth that 1 person will never be there 4 me. #TrueTori."
