An ambulance responded to a call from Sugar Bear's house on Sunday after he passed out due to alleged stress following emergence of reports his estranged wife is dating a sex offender.

Sugar Bear passed out at his home due to stress following controversy surrounding Mama June Shannon who allegedly is dating a convicted sex offender, Entertainment Tonight reports. According to the site, an ambulance responded to a call from his house in McIntyre, Ga. on Sunday, November 2.
According to Honey Boo Boo a.k.a. Alana Thompson's grandmother Sandra Hale, Sugar Bear is suffering from diabetes and has been having difficulties maintaining his blood sugar level. He was released after being checked in the ambulance.
Sugar Bear and Mama June, who appear on TLC's "Here Comes Honey Boo Boo", announced their separation last month. Earlier this month, TMZ reported that Mama June rekindled her romance with a convicted child molester named Mark McDaniel after he completed his 10-year-jail term. Mama June later insisted that she was not seeing McDaniel and that her children's safety was her priority.
TLC, however, has decided not to continue the show amid the controversy. According to a latest report, the show's cast members will receive full payment for the unaired episodes except for Mama June who is deemed to have breached morality clause in her contract.
