The Duchess of Cambridge made her first public appearance wearing a grey Alexander McQueen coat dress which revealed the tiniest hint of her baby bump.

AceShowbiz - Kate Middleton has finally made her first public appearance since announcing her second pregnancy. She joined her husband, Prince William, to greet President of the Republic of Singapore and his wife Mary at London's Royal Garden Hotel on Tuesday afternoon, October 21.

Kate can be seen wearing a grey Alexander McQueen coat dress paired with a Jane Taylor hat. The Duchess of Cambridge was all smiles and looked well despite having been suffering from Hyperemesis Gravidarum, a severe form of morning sickness.

According to Us Weekly, Kate joked with the Singaporean president, saying, "I've been looking forward to getting out of the house," before adding, "It's a bit colder than when we last met." Kate and William previously met the Singaporean president and his wife during their 2012 Asia-Pacific tour.

Later in the evening, Kate made her second public appearance at the 2014 Wildlife Photograph Awards which was held at at the Natural History Museum in London. In a photo obtained by E! Online, she was seen donning a sky blue Jenny Packham wrap gown paired with nude peep-toe pumps.

Kensington Palace recently confirmed that the royal couple would welcome their second child in April 2015. "Their Royal Highnesses The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are delighted to confirm they are expecting a baby in April 2015," the palace said in a statement, "The Duchess of Cambridge continues to be affected by Hyperemisis Gravidarum, but her condition is steadily improving."
