According to a new report, the Storm depicter in 'X-Men: Days of Future Past' is asking a judge to allow her to reduce monthly support to her former partner to just over $3,000.

Halle Berry reportedly claims that her former partner Gabriel Aubry is living off her child support, so she wants a judge to reduce the amount. According to a report by TMZ, the Storm depicter in "X-Men: Days of Future Past" has asked a judge to reduce the monthly support from $16,000 a month to just over $3,000 a month.
In her documents, the actress reportedly argues that Aubry has stopped working and lives off the child support although he is perfectly capable of getting a job. Berry reportedly says that their 6-year-old daughter Nahla will still live comfortably despite the reduction, with additional financial support from Aubry. So far, rep for Aubry has not commented on the news.
Berry and Aubry were together between 2005 to 2010. Back then, the split sparked custody war between them, especially when the "Extant" actress expressed her desire to bring Nahla to France to live with Olivier Martinez.
Earlier this year, Berry and Aubry settled the custody dispute. She was ordered to pay the model $16,000 per month until their daughter turns 19 years old or she graduates from high school. The pair who share equal custody of Nahla would also split her health care expenses.
