The 'Transformers: Dark of the Moon' actor opened up about his arrest at the Broadway show back in June, saying, 'I'd been drinking a lot of whiskey.'

AceShowbiz - Shia LaBeouf opened up about the details of his arrest at "Cabaret" show in Broadway back in June. In an interview with Jimmy Kimmel on "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" on Monday night, October 13, Shia recalled how he was blasted at a bar in Times Square while watching soccer before causing trouble at the Broadway show.

The "Nymphomaniac" actor told Jimmy at that time he returned to New York after visiting his girlfriend in Ireland. He said, "You go to Ireland you drink whiskey, so I'd been drinking a lot of whiskey." In New York, he then went to a bar and drank "a lot of whiskey" while watching a World Cup Game.

Shia then recalled a hilarious story about chatting with a homeless man outside the bar, who freaked out after a fan took photos of the actor and ran off into Times Square. The "Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull" actor then ran after the homeless man and tried to "calm him down" but the man was gone.

Shia continued, "I go back to the bar, pay my bill, and this dude comes up and says he's a big fan. He says, 'What you doing tonight?' and I say, 'I'm looking to turn it up a bit, trying to have a good time, what's going on?' He says, 'Why don't you come to my show, I'm a dancer in this Cabaret show.' "

The "Constantine" actor then showed up to the theater where he admitted "the drunk is really starting to kick in." He said the theater was set up like a club, with seats around tables. "They had tables and there were all these women in burlesque," he told Jimmy, "And I'm like, oh, this really is a kind of party or something."

After buying some older women whiskeys and feeding another woman strawberries, Shia saw Alan Cumming smoking cigarette on stage and then he started smoking too. At one point he even grabbed Alan, saying, "He walks past me, and I give him a slap on the ass because i think he deserves it and he's seducing me. He's the sexiest man I've ever seen!"

Soon after that, Shia got arrested and taken into the station.

Shia can be seen in forthcoming movie "Fury" along with Brad Pitt, Logan Lerman, Jon Bernthal and Michael Pena. The war movie will be released in the U.S. on October 17.
