"Brooklyn Nine-Nine" has booked Nick Cannon for a multiple-episode arc. The multi-talented star will recur in season 2 of the FOX comedy series as Marcus, the "handsome, educated and charming" nephew of Captain Holt (Andre Braugher).

The "America's Got Talent" host will make his first appearance on the Andy Samberg-starring sitcom in a December episode when Marcus is relocating to New York City. Marcus will be staying with Holt until he gets settled.

Cannon joins other guest stars for the season, including Kyra Sedgwick, Eva Longoria, Craig Robinson, Patton Oswalt, Terrell Owens, Stephen Root and Sandra Bernhard.

"Brooklyn Nine-Nine" is moved from Tuesdays to Sundays at 8:30 P.M. in its second season.
