A deranged woman named Graciela Nahle, who believed Shia LaBeouf was Albert Einstein and threatened to blow up his house, is banned from seeing the actor for three years, TMZ reports. Graciela was ordered to stay away from Shia for at least 100 yards and to have no electronic contact with him.

The "Transformers: Dark of the Moon" actor was granted a permanent restraining order against Graciela on Wednesday, October 1, a month after he obtained the temporary one. The order was issued in a court in Van Nuys, Los Angeles. Both Shia and Graciela did not appear in the courtroom.

Previous report claimed Graciela showed up three times in recent months. At one time, the deranged woman showed up eating watermelon on Shia's driveway and lashed out when she was asked to leave.

Graciela told the "Nymphomaniac" actor at that time, "I am going to blow up your house! I am going to blow up the world! You are Albert Einstein and we belong together."

Previously, the woman had also been arrested for trespassing and criminal threats after showing up right at Shia's doors. She was sentenced to 45 days in jail but got released after just four days.

Shia can be seen in forthcoming movie "Fury". He stars along with Brad Pitt, Logan Lerman and Michael Pena. The drama-thriller film is scheduled to hit U.S. theaters on October 17.
