AceShowbiz - 5 Seconds of Summer took over New York City's Times Square on Tuesday morning, September 30. The four-piece appeared on "Good Morning America" for the show's Fall Concert Series and excited the crowd with the live performances of the big hits from their self-titled debut album.
The Australian group comprising of Luke Hemmings, Michael Clifford, Calum Hood and Ashton Irwin kicked off their set with the break-up ballad "Amnesia". For their next song, they played the more upbeat "She Looks So Perfect".
The "5 Seconds of Summer" album debuted at No. 1 on Billboard 200 following its release this summer. Lead single "She Looks So Perfect" peaked at No. 24 on Billboard Hot 100 while "Amnesia" reached No. 16 on the same chart.
5 Seconds of Summer is currently serving as supporting act on One Direction's ongoing "Where We Are" tour. The four-piece will embark on their own headlining tour, dubbed "Rock Out With Your Socks Out" tour, next year.
