The first annual AAHH! Fest took place at the Union Park in Chicago over the weekend. The event featured performances from Jay Electronica, Lupe Fiasco, De La Soul and Jennifer Hudson among others.

Kanye West also took the stage at the fest although he was not included on the line-up. During his unexpected set that ran for 40 minutes, Kim Kardashian's hubby joined fellow rapper Common for the live performance of "Get Em High".

He later treated the crowd to his own hits including "Jesus Walks", "Can't Tell Me Nothing", "Power" and "All of the Lights".

The 2014 AAHH! Fest was organized by Common's Common Ground Foundation and West's Donda's House. Dave Chappelle served as the master of ceremony. "This festival is to remind people that we're here doing positive things in the city," said Andrea Zopp, President of the Chicago Urban League.

During his set, Common was also joined by Jay Electronica and Vince Staples to debut the remix to his "Nobody's Smiling" single "Kingdom".
