It turns out that the 'Monuments Men' actor is not the one who's footing most of the costs for his upcoming nuptials to the Lebanon-born beauty.

Amal Alamuddin's "old fashioned" parents are reportedly paying most of the costs for her upcoming nuptials to George Clooney in Venice, Italy. A source reveals in Us Weekly's latest issue, "Crazy enough, her family is paying for most of it!"

The source adds that the future spouses are currently "putting the final touches" on their upcoming wedding which is said to be held on September 27. "It's all very classy," the source says, adding that Amal's sister Tala will be her maid of honor while George's friend, Rande Gerber, will be his best man.

According to another source, the "Gravity" actor only invites 60 guests to his wedding. "He wanted just 60 genuine friends and family," the source says and reveals that George's "Ocean's Eleven" co-star Matt Damon and his wife Luciana as well as Rande and his wife Cindy Crawford are also being invited. Opera singer Andrea Bocelli will reportedly perform at the nuptials.

George, who proposed to Amal back in April, declared his love to her during his acceptance speech at Celebrity Fight Night earlier this month. At that time the "Ocean's Thirteen" star said, "I would just like to say to my bride-to-be, Amal, that I love you very much. And I can't wait to be your husband."
