Nasim Pedrad Confronted by Kim Kardashian About 'Saturday Night Live' Spoof
TV

The 'SNL' alumna says the reality TV star wasn't too pleased about the way she imitated her voice, but adds that Kim 'was really sweet.'

Former "Saturday Night Live" cast member Nasim Pedrad is perhaps best known for her impersonation of Kim Kardashian. Stopping by "CONAN" on Monday, September 15, she recalled the time she met the reality TV star and was confronted about the way she imitated her voice.

"She was in pristine, airbrushed makeup, perfect hair," the comedienne told Conan O'Brien. "I, that day, looked like a person who woke up in a dumpster. I hadn't slept in two days, I was wearing this extra-large T-shirt with the logo of a medical facility from my hometown. She was understandably mortified to discover that I played her on the show."

"She did say - at one point she was like, 'Do we really sound like that?' " she continued sharing, assuming her Kardashian voice. "Fair question. She wanted to know! I was like '...no.' And she just goes, 'Ohhh, good!' She was so sweet!"

Pedrad also revealed that during her time on "SNL", she tried to impersonate Aziz Ansari. "I was constantly on a mission to play Aziz," she said. "I was really pushing for it. Me as Aziz is a real boner eraser."

O'Brien then played a cut sketch from the NBC variety series in which the "Mulaney" star did an impression of Ansari.
