The 'Herbie: Fully Loaded' actress has reportedly reached an out-of-court settlement with a truck driver who sued her over a car accident two years ago.

Lindsay Lohan has reached an out-of-court settlement with a truck driver who previously sued her over a car crash, TMZ reports. Sources told the site that the "InAPPropriate Comedy" actress "accepted responsibility for the crash" and the driver allegedly will receive some money from Lindsay's insurance company.
Back in 2012, Lindsay slammed her black Porshce into the back of an 18-wheeler on the Pacific Coast Highway in Santa Monica. She then lied to police, saying that she was in passenger seat, and tried to frame her assistant. Lindsay's assistant then clarified to police that he was in the passenger seat and he saw Lindsay behind the wheel.
Lindsay's representative has not commented on the issue yet.
Last month, Lindsay had a legal issue with creators of "Grand Theft Auto V". The game creators said Lindsay sued them for making a character based on her likeness without permission. They alleged Lindsay filed the lawsuit "for publicity purposes."
