Hendricks channels her 'Mad Men' character to raise awareness about sexism in workforce nowadays, saying, 'If we are going to run our businesses like it's the 1960's, I am going to act like it.'

Christina Hendricks brings her "Mad Men" alter ego to a modern office in a hilarious Funny or Die video. Hendricks, dressing as her character Joan Harris, is confused with new phones and can't figure out how to use computer and a fax machine.
She shocks her co-workers when making a martini in the break room and bringing in some old-school, Jell-o for lunch. She also annoys her colleague as she smokes right at her desk. When a fellow employee scolds her for acting like she doesn't know how a modern office works, Hendricks brings up the worrying facts about women in the workforce in the United States.
"In the U.S., women make 23 percent less than their male counterparts," she says. "Did you know that almost 70 percent of the minimum wage workforce is female but only 15 percent of our fortune 500 CEOs are? So I figure if we're going to run our businesses like it's the 1960s, I'm going to act like it."
