A couple goes to Puerto Rico to finalize the adoption of a Haitian orphan, only to get entangled in a series of lies and deceit.

Steven (Ryan Phillippe) and Shannon (Rachelle LeFevre) are an American couple who just discovers the ugly business of overseas adoption. The first trailer of "Reclaim" from USA Today sees John Cusack playing a Puerto Rico native who is in charge of kidnapping the daughter the couple has adopted.
Steven and Shannon come to Puerto Rico to finalize the adoption of their new 7-year-old daughter, a Haitian orphan named Nina. When taking the time to explore the idyllic coast to bond as a new family, Steven clashes with an intimidating local, and Nina disappears from her bed one night. As the couple continues to search for their daughter, they find out the bitter truth that she has been "reclaimed."
The action thriller is directed by Alan White and written by Luke Davies and Carmine Gaeta. It will hit VOD and limited theaters in the U.S. on September 19.
