Celebrity

The 'Guardian of the Galaxy' star demonstrated his French-braiding skill on a lucky intern's blond locks.

Chris Pratt showed off his ability to French-braid like a pro in the middle of an interview with Entertainment Tonight. "You're a leading man now, a superhero, a great dad, all these manly things," the reporter described before adding, "but apparently you're pretty good at French braiding."

The reporter then showed a photo the actor posted on Instagram in April capturing a beautifully done French braid on Anna Faris' hair. Pratt captioned the photo with, "This is a weird thing to brag about but I did that glorious french braid. #Baller #man #ManBraid #RealMenBraid #isItBrade? #SpellingQuestion #StillBallerTho #WhyIsItFrench??? #ICallItAFreedomBraid #GoUsa."

Pratt was then tasked with braiding ET intern Jen's hair to prove that he was the one who actually did the braid in the snapshot. The 35-year-old actor didn't hesitate to demonstrate his handiwork in person. "I like the hair, it's very nice, very nice," he complimented the intern while starting to braid her.

"I love that I'm braiding her hair and doing an interview," the actor said midway through describing another film he's set to star in, "Jurassic World". The intern described the way Pratt braided as "very gentle." Pratt responded, "Gosh, this isn't embarrassing at all."

When the reporter asked the actor what's needed to secure the braid, he explained, "Not a rubber band. A rubber band will damage the hair. What you need is something called a scrunchie."

Pratt completed his French braid in just four minutes. Not looking very satisfied with his work, the "Parks and Recreation" actor asked, "Is it perfect? It's not perfect but it's close. It's close. What do you think?"
