The teaser trailer for Eli Roth's scary thriller "The Green Inferno" arrives online for viewing pleasure. It gives a sneak peek at the horror of getting stranded in the middle of nowhere and helplessly being a prey to a group of flesh-eating people.
The film follows a group of college students who fly to the Amazon jungle to save a dying tribe, only to get kidnapped by the very natives they wanted to protect. Their plane crashes and now they have to face the tribe who still practices cannibalism and has a healthy appetite for intruders.
It stars Lorenza Izzo, Ariel Levy, Sky Ferreira, and Daryl Sabara. It is scheduled to make its way out in U.S. theaters on September 5 after previously hitting film festivals including the Toronto International Film Festival last year.
