Ed Sheeran took to Instagram on Wednesday, February 5 to share a snippet of a never-heard-before track. The British crooner is joined by producer Jake Gosling in a brief video that he simply captioned, "Jammin."

The duo are seen lip-syncing to the song played in the background. The ballad features Sheeran showing off his killer vocals over the sounds of acoustic guitar. The "Lego House" hitmaker hasn't revealed the title of the track.

Sheeran is currently working on his new album, the follow-up to 2011 debut set "+". He has worked with the likes of Rick Rubin and Pharrell Williams on his forthcoming record, which is expected to be released this spring.

It's recently revealed that the 22-year-old heartthrob would get a tattoo sleeve inspired by his new album. "He's getting another sleeve done with inspiration from his new album," said celebrity tattoo artist Kevin Paul.

"The left arm is done and we are working on the right one. He had a teddy bear a couple of weeks ago, because he was called 'Teddy' at school," he explained.

"He's also had a rose done, and a lizard, which was to do with his new album. There's loads we're working on now," he added.

The tattoo artist additionally praised Sheeran's new project after he was given an exclusive preview. "I've heard it [the new album], it's really good. There's a song called 'Tenerife', that is my favorite song. This year is definitely going to be his year."
