The first trailer for "Veronica Mars" movie has arrived exclusively via E! News. The former high school detective is now having a new life in the Big Apple. She is on her way to become a high-powered New York attorney and is living a happy life with her new beau Piz, but someone from her past unexpectedly calls for her help.
Veronica is forced to come back to her hometown of Neptune, California as her former boyfriend Logan is accused of killing his pop star girlfriend. "Nine years of radio silence and yet I still kind of knew I could count on you," he says. Her return leads her to their high school reunion where she encounters old friends and enemies.
Kristen Bell reprises her title role, Jason Dohring returns as Logan, while Chris Lowell plays Piz. One of the most successful Kickstarter projects with $5.7 million collected from the online fundraising, the adaptation of neo-noir mystery drama series of the same name is set to make its way out in the United States on March 14.
