The fiance of Gabrielle Union says, 'This is something that my family knows and my now fiancee worked through when we got back together.'

AceShowbiz - Dwyane Wade broke silence on the report that he fathered a love child with a woman who's not his fiancee Gabrielle Union. The Miami Heat player addressed the matter during a Monday press conference before the Heat's game against the Denver Nuggets. He called his infant son "a blessing to the bloodline, to the Wade bloodline."
New report emerged saying that Wade welcomed his third son with a woman named Aja Metoyer. He admitted he hooked up with his baby mama while he was on a break with Union, "I had a time, a part in our break, in our pain and our hurt, a blessing came out of it in my life, having a son that was born healthy. So I'm moving on."
The baby boy named Xavier Zechariah Wade was born on November 10 in Los Angeles, and the NBA star said he had met his newborn child. "You know me," he said. "I'm involved in my kids' lives. When my kids were living at home with me, or wasn't living at home with me, I tried to do everything I could to see them."
"(It's important to) always focus on what's most important to me and my family, and that's being a great father. I've always tried to show my importance in my kids' lives and it doesn't change now. So, I, my lady and my family have continued to move forward, and I think that's evident with the ring and the proposal that I gave her, with our lives."
"Like I've said, this is something that my family knows and my now fiancee worked through when we got back together, and understood that we wanted to continue our lives together and continue supporting our family and we're going to do that," the basketball player additionally explained. "That's what I've always done."
Wade has been dating Union since 2009. The couple got engaged earlier in December 2013 with the help of his older sons, Zaire and Zion, from a previous marriage to his childhood sweetheart Siohvaughn Funches.
Back in November around the time when the baby was born, Union did post a series of cryptic messages on Twitter that seemed to hint at her rocky relationship with Wade. "I reward love with loyalty and doubt with distance," she wrote in one post.
"A person's actions will tell you everything you need to know. I am thankful for the difficult people in my life. They have shown me exactly who I don't want to be," she said in other notes. "Sometimes you have to get knocked down lower than you have ever been, to stand up taller than you ever were."
She stayed mum on the news of Wade's love child.
