Chrissy Teigen posted on Instagram a Christmas video prank that showed her husband John Legend playfully grabbing her. But the joke seemed to fall flat on her followers as she removed the video shortly after without any explanation.

The clip started with Chrissy wishing her devotees a happy holiday before she played a fight with John as a joke. The "Model Employee" presenter pretended to look distressed as her singer hubby jokingly wrapped his hand around her throat.

Teigen is known for her outspoken tweets. She once hotly defended herself after getting backlash for calling Farrah Abraham "a w***e." The model wrote, "Are we really gonna pretend like this girl just had an accidentally leaked sex tape? seriously?? what the f**k is wrong with you? ladies: you aren't a super feminist for okaying super w***es. you don't need to defend EVERYone with a vagina."

She was also once entangled in a feud with Chris Brown's fans for criticizing his performance. Her husband quickly came to her defense, saying, "Don't ever tell me to put my 'b***h on a leash.' She's a grown woman with her own mind and her own opinions and this is not 1950."

The couple, however, stayed silent on the video prank that appeared to downplay domestic violence issue.
