A 4-day vocal rest forces the pop rocker to reschedule her upcoming shows in Salt Lake City and Denver.

AceShowbiz - Fans of Grammy Award-winning pop-rock artist Pink who have been eagerly awaiting to see her perform live this week in Salt Lake City and Denver would have to wait a little bit more, at least until the end of the month before they can finally catch her show. The 33-year-old singer has been forced to put off two concerts in her "The Truth About Love" tour after she was ordered by her doctor to take a four day vocal rest.

"Not very dramatic - doctor just wants me on complete vocal rest for four days to heal. So I can kick ass," Pink broke the disappointing news on Twitter. "Touring would be terribly easy if I lip synced," she jokingly added.

As a result of the doctor-ordered vocal rest, Pink's originally-scheduled show at Salt Lake City's Energy Solutions Arena on October 17 has been moved to October 29. Similarly, her October 18 performance at Denver's Pepsi Center has been carried over to October 30.

As she goes on the four-day forced vacation, Pink will get to enjoy the company of her 2-year-old daughter Willow, whom she took with her on tour along with her husband, motocross racer Carey Hart. She revealed about indulging in her child, saying, "My favorite thing to do when I have downtime is sleep and play with my baby...I have the most beautiful baby that was ever born."
