Kate Upton is dating Maksim Chmerkovskiy, according to E! News. The couple recently was caught on camera strolling down West Village neighborhood in New York City while holding hands. Kate and the former "Dancing with the Stars" pro were all smiles during the outing.

The 21-year-old model wore workout gear consisting of gray jacket and black pants, while Maksim wore a pink shirt and skinny jeans. He held a jacket in his left hand. The pair also sported chic sunglasses.

Reports of them dating emerged earlier this year, but a source told the news outlet that Kate and Maksim were "just good friends," while another source close to Maksim "heard nothing about them dating." When asked by reporters at the Style Awards earlier this month, Kate replied, "We're just friends."

In other news, Kate and her friend Rita Ora had fun at Hakkasan nightclub in Las Vegas on Thursday, September 25. After grabbing dinner, Kate danced in the club and went onstage with a bottle of champagne at one point. Rita also gave an impromptu performance at the DJ booth. The two also had a long chat and dancing session at the club.

Kate and Rita apparently were not the only celebrities who were at Hakkasan on Thursday night. Jennifer Lopez, Selita Ebanks and Rosario Dawson also had fun at the club.
