After splitting from each other, celebrity wedding planner David Tutera and his ex-husband Ryan Jurica are now splitting their fraternal twins Cielo and Cedric. Los Angeles-based Tutera will raise his biological daughter Cielo while Jurica will do the same with his biological son Cedric while living across the country in Connecticut.

Tutera and Jurica parted ways while a surrogate was carrying the twins. The physical separation of the twins became the result of a custody battle that stemmed from the former couple's own separation earlier this year in California after ten years together, which turned for the worse in May after Jurica accused Tutera of being a sex addict who hired sex escorts and prostitutes to support his addiction.

"The relationship was going poorly for six years," the "My Fair Wedding" host revealed to Barbara Walters and the other hosts of "The View" on Friday, September 13. "We went through with [having children] in hopes that the relationship would get better and that having a family would make it better."

In a sad twist, the twins will now grow up miles apart from each other. Both Tutera and Jurica have expressed intentions of working out their differences for the good of their children, with the bridal fashion designer saying he "absolutely" wants the twins to have a relationship with each other eventually, and his ex-partner hoping for "a positive outcome" that will unite the twins in the future.
