Carissa Capeloto, who claims that Kingston, his bodyguard and a member of Kingston's band forced her to have sex with them in 2010, sues the three men, demanding at least $5 million.

AceShowbiz - A 22-year-old woman apparently has filed a lawsuit against singer Sean Kingston, accusing him of raping her in 2010. According to TMZ, the woman, Carissa Capeloto, says that the "Beautiful Girls" singer as well as a bodyguard and a member of the singer's band forced her to have sex in a Seattle hotel.

The woman claims that she was invited to Kingston's room for a meet-and-greet after she watched Justin Bieber's concert, where Kingston also performed. When she showed up in the room, she found Kingston naked on his bed. According to Capeloto, she was "obviously intoxicated, incapable of consent" when she was placed on top of the singer and the three men proceeded to rape her.

A friend later rescued Capeloto and called the police. She was treated in a hospital for physical injuries consistent with rape. Because of the alleged incident, Capeloto suffers from mood swings, panic attacks and she cannot sleep. Capeloto is suing the three men, demanding $5 million at least.

Kingston has denied the allegation, saying that the sex was consensual. Criminal charges against him were dropped back then after the police concluded that Capeloto's report was not credible enough for a case.

A trial has been set for November.
