On Tuesday, August 20, One Direction was greeted with rapturous screams from thousands of fans who camped out overnight in Leicester Square just to directly meet their favorite boys. The band, formed by Harry Styles, Louis Tomlinson, Liam Payne, Zayn Malik and Niall Horan, hit the red carpet for the world premiere of their movie in London, U.K.

Simon Cowell also showed up to support the boys he manages under his Syco record label. Looking at how the band received so much love that day, the media mogul, who is now expecting his first child with his friend's ex-wife, Lauren Silverman, said to Mirror, "This is a dream. I feel like a father."

Zayn brought along his mother and girlfriend Perrie Edwards to the promotional event of "One Direction: This Is Us". Stunning in a black floor length dress with sheer panels, the Little Mix girl stole fans and shutterbugs' attention with a huge ring on her finger, making many assume that she and his superstar boyfriend are already engaged.

Also spotted gracing the carpet were Ne-Yo's protege Conor Maynard, Ronnie Wood of The Rolling Stones, McFly and "The X Factor" host Dermot O'Leary.

The music documentary from director Morgan Spurlock gives fans behind-the-scene moments during the five boys' first world tour as a band. It will bow out in U.S. theaters on August 30.
