One Direction has unveiled the highly-anticipated music video for their newest single, "Best Song Ever". Directed by Ben Winston, the 6-minute video opens with group members meeting with their own alter egos. Veronica the sexy secretary (Zayn Malik) takes the boys to see Harvey and Jonny the studio executives (played by Niall Horan and Louis Tomlinson, respectively).

Then emerges Marcel the marketing guy (Harry Styles), who offers plenty suggestions on how the boys should look as a boyband. He even brings out Leeroy the choreographer (Liam Payne), whose appearance and behavior force the boys to open their mouth in shock.

"The film that we've made 'This Is Us' is really the boys' story, and it's not trying to make them anything they're not. And that's what's incredible about One Direction, I think, is that they are a boyband that break all the rules and always do what they want to do," director Winston told MTV News of the refreshing music video.

"And part of loving One Direction is sort of understanding they are their own men and they do what they want to do at all times," Winston continued. "They dance if they want to dance. They'll sing the tunes [they want]. They'll dress however they want to dress and that, I guess, is sort of a part of the video."

The music video comes a week before their concert movie, "One Direction: This Is Us", hits U.S. theaters on August 30.
