Heidi Klum apparently needs more protection from the sun. The "Project Runway" host, who is on vacation in the Bahamas, shared a picture of her sunburned behind via Instagram on Saturday, July 6. Heidi gave a glimpse of her bare bottom as she pulls down her bikini bottom.

The picture shows her sand-covered bottom and serious tan line. The "America's Got Talent" judge captioned the snapshot, "Ouch!"

Heidi has been enjoying a Bahamas vacation with her children Henry, Jonah, Leni and Lou. Her bodyguard boyfriend Kirsten Martin was also with them. Heidi seemed enjoying the tropical scene a lot as she uploaded another photo on the photo-sharing site.

"Thank you for another beautiful day in paradise," she wrote. Wearing a black-and-white bikini, the 40-year-old model shows off her toned figure. She puts her hands on her waist and raises her head with her eyes closed. Beautiful sunset becomes the background of the photo.

To maintain her body shape, Heidi recently said that she loved having a "workout party." She told E! News, "Burn 60. You go for 60 minutes and there's a trainer. It's basically a big party. The music is really loud and they have those microphones and they just yell at you. You do three minutes of cardio on the bicycle, and then you go to the floor and do exercises. It's 60 minutes long and you're just going, going, going!"

Concerning beauty products, the mother of four revealed that she did not "like a lot of fuss." She said to Us Weekly, "I look like I'm high maintenance, but if you look in my bathroom, I don't have 10,000 products." Heidi added, "I'm very easy - if I like it and it works, I stick with it."
