The 'Full House' actress is seeking sole custody of her daughter with Morty Coyle, Beatrix, and ownership of their Toyota Avalon.

Jodie Sweetin and her husband of a little more than one year are heading to splitville. The "Full House" star, 31, has filed legal separation from Morty Coyle last Wednesday, June 19 in L.A. Superior Court. She cites irreconcilable differences as the reason of their split.
Sweetin, who tied the knot with Coyle on March 15, 2012, lists June 12 as the date of their separation. The actress is seeking primary physical and legal custody of her daughter with Coyle, Beatrix Carlin, and is asking for ownership of their 2000 Toyota Avalon.
Sweetin gave birth to Beatrix in August 2010 and became engaged to Coyle in January 2011 before marrying him a year later. It was her third marriage. She's also a mother to 5-year-old daughter Zoie with her second husband, Cody Herpin.
Mentioning nothing about her marriage woes, Sweetin recently tweeted, "Had an amazing time camping with Zoie and her preschool class this weekend! But man, did a hot shower feel good when I got home!"
