J.Lo premieres the teaser for her new music video after returning to the 'Idol' stage with Pitbull for season 12's finale.

AceShowbiz -

Just two weeks after shooting the music video for her new single with collaborator Pitbull, Jennifer Lopez premieres a one-minute teaser of the clip. Directed by Jessy Terrero, the trailer dropped on May 16 after the 43-year-old entertainer's live performance of the song on the finale of "American Idol".

Apart from the footage taken from the location shoot done in Fort Lauderdale Beach in Florida last May 4 showing J.Lo and Pitbull in their matching summer beach party outfits, J.Lo is also seen strutting in a black showgirl costume. The trailer then announces the " 'Live It Up' - The Making of the Video" will arrive next week on Thursday, May 23.

Over on her "Idol" performance, Lopez appeared onstage after the intro rap verse by Pitbull, even pausing after blurting the opening line of her verse to give the crowd the chance to give her a rousing welcome of shrieks and applause. The former "Idol" judge said goodbye to the show last year after two seasons of judging the hit TV singing competition.

Wearing a sexy, white outfit with gladiator heels, J.Lo worked the stage with similarly-dressed (but in multi-color) back-up dancers, going up and down on the staircase set-up as she executed the choreography. Other superstar performers adding glitter and glamour to Day 2 of the two-part finale were current season judge Mariah Carey and "Idol" alum Adam Lambert.
