A music video featuring Lil Wayne is premiered online as the rap mogul is recovering from recent seizures. The dreadlocked rapper appears on screen to support fellow Young Money MC, Mack Maine, in promoting single "Celebrate".
Weezy is seen romping around in high spirit. Wearing floral-print pants, a hoodie and a baseball hat, he's holding a skateboard in one hand. He and Maine were joined by another featured guest Talib Kweli and another YM member Birdman.
The lyrics of the celebratory track include an invite to "pop a bottle and celebrate, we made it to a new day."
Weezy was taken to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center after filming a music video last week. He reportedly indulged in too much sizzurp "to get a better high." Close friends like Nicki Minaj, Drake and Chris Paul were spotted coming to visit him at the hospital.
Contrary to the swirling rumors, Maine insisted, "Wayne is alive and well! We watching the Syracuse game..." Label boss Birdman added, "My son is in good spirit..feelin much betta...be home soon.YMCMB."
