AceShowbiz - Amanda Bynes dismisses rumors that she's smoking pot inside her car. The rumors emerged after the actress was caught on camera smoking from what looked like a marijuana pipe. According to TMZ, she insisted the picture was not what it seemed.
The former Nickelodeon star allegedly told her friends that "everything's fine" in an attempt to make them back off. The "Easy A" actress also claimed the recent stories run by media "are being blown way out of proportion."
Bynes is currently facing a DUI charge and two counts of hit-and-run misdemeanor. Her driving mishaps led to her license being suspended and her car being impounded when she ignored judge's order not to drive without a valid license.
Fellow former child actress Lindsay Lohan, who was jailed not long ago for landing in a series of troubles, was unhappy that Bynes went unpunished for what happened. "Why did I get put in jail and a nickelodeon star has had NO punishment(s) so far?" an annoyed LiLo tweeted.
