Tricia Helfer will portray a gorgeous and rabid fan of fictional 'Inspector Spacetime' who meets Abed at a convention for the fake show.

AceShowbiz - Abed will get a new and hot female friend who shares the same interest with him on "Community". It has been reported that Tricia Helfer will guest star on the NBC comedy as Lauren, a gorgeous fan of fictional cult-hit "Inspector Spacetime".
She will appear in the fourth episode of the upcoming fourth season which focuses on Abed who attends a convention for the so-called "Doctor Who"-esque series. There, Abed meets Lauren and befriends another fanboy, who is played by Matt Lucas.
Tricia Helfer is best known for her role as the humanoid Cylon Number Six on "Battlestar Galactica" series. After the show was canceled in 2009, she landed a role on the doomed drama show "The Firm" and most recently guest starred on the long-running CBS procedural series "Criminal Minds".
"Community" itself is moved to Friday at 8:30 P.M. in its fourth season, which will kick off October 19. The upcoming chapter consists of 13 episodes.
