While Kristen Stewart has remained mum about her affair with Rupert Sanders since her public apology, someone has decided to step up in her defense. Former producer of the actress, Giovanni Agnelli, said the media is manipulating everyone into thinking the worst about the relationship.

In a series of tweets, Agnelli ranted, "I'll say right now what the manipulative media isn't saying... Kristen Stewart did not have any type of sex with Rupert Sanders." The producer of "Welcome to the Rileys" then deleted the tweet before coming back with, "The spin that keeps growing on this story is staggering. There was NO on set affair. Stop printing LIES."

Agnelli said Stewart is like a little sister to him. "If one of your friends in real life was hurting, and lots of people were being cruel. Wouldn't you ask them to please stop? Honestly?" he wrote, adding "If you've ever used the word Trampire you're a mindless pathetic piece of s**t."

Answering fans' plea to know Stewart's whereabouts, Agnelli wrote, "Please don't ask how or where she is, or what she thought. Just know this: She saw the twitition, and the support video tonight. Thank you."
