When "Hell on Wheels" returns with its second season, Bohannon is still fighting, still searching and still raising hell, so it's teased in a newly-released promo video. While it does not shed light on the plot line, the snippet hints that the former Confederate soldier still has unfinished business with Doc.
Some religious references are inserted in between the violent scenes as Bohannon asks, "What do you suppose the Lord's gonna think about a man like me?" Meanwhile, another man standing outside the bars says, "I pray for you, son."
"Hell on Wheels" season 2 will kick off Sunday, August 12 at 9 P.M. ET on AMC. Anson Mount, Common and Colm Meaney return as Bohannon, Elam and Doc respectively. Robin McLeavy is additionally upped to a series regular after recurring as Eva in the first season.
