Paris Hilton landed in hot water after having an altercation with a photographer on Tuesday night, June 26 in a parking lot outside a club. The paparazzo who was involved in the scuffle claimed he's in a lot of pain and considered to file complaint against the 31-year-old hotel heiress.
Paris was caught in the middle of the fight when one of her friends tried to grab one of the paparazzi's camera as they left the Bootsy Bellows club after a night of partying. Wearing a tiny lace dress and huge sunglasses, she was knocked into a wall and exposed her underwear in the process.
"It's not my style, but honestly? I'm in a lot of pain," the photographer told E! News, adding that his neck and ears "really hurt." Paris stayed mum on the incident, but she appeared to be fine in a video capturing the moment after the altercation. Her pal Brandon Davis was spotted with her.
