During the latest court trial for the couple's child custody, Tameka Foster's lawyer asked the singer whether he slept with another woman while he was married to Foster.

The report that Usher slept with his ex-wife's bridesmaids was brought up to the child custody trial on Tuesday, May 22. Tameka Foster's lawyer accused Usher of bedding Mya Fox Davis while the the R 'n' B singer and Foster were married.
The lawyer asked Usher whether he was caught in the act by one of their children's nannies who then "left Miami because you were discovered in bed with Mya Fox Davis?" According to TMZ, Usher's attorney quickly objected and was caught in a contentious exchange with Foster's attorney over the incident.
The bridesmaids subject had actually been brought up to the court session last Friday when marriage therapist Sola Winley was called to the stand by Foster's attorney. The therapist said Foster had told her that Usher slept with her two bridesmaids. Usher, according to Hip Hop Enquirer, stormed out of the courtroom during recess and mumbled angrily, "Now I am sleeping with her bridesmaids?".
However, the testimonies from the former couple's 11 nannies mainly put Foster in the bad light. A few of them said Foster spent all day in her locked room, suddenly left the house for 2 to 3 days and did not provide enough food in the house sometimes. She was also said "neglectful" to her children because she left them alone under the supervision of their 10-year-old cousin. Some of the nannies believed Foster is "depressed".
The court trial is in recess and will resume in July.
