Streep's Maeve and Lee Jones' Arnold go to a small town to meet a relationship guru in order to get some sex tips to spice up their long-time marriage life.

AceShowbiz - First trailer for "Hope Springs (2012)" has been debuted. The promo video puts the highlight on Meryl Streep's Maeve who tries to rebuild the sex life in her long-time marriage to Tommy Lee Jones' Arnold. While taking her husband to a getaway, Maeve tries to attract her husband with some awkward sex conversations and romantic gestures.

Many years of marriage have left Maeve wanting to spice things up and reconnect with her husband. When she hears of a famed relationship guru in the town of Great Hope Springs, she must persuade her sceptical husband to get on a plane for an intense week of marriage sex therapy. Tackling the part of the relationship expert is Steve Carell.

"Hope Springs" is slated for a August 10 release in theaters across the United States. Serving as the director is David Frankel, while Vanessa Taylor provides the screenplay. Also supporting the romantic comedy film are Elisabeth Shue, Jean Smart, Ben Rappaport, Marin Ireland and Susan Misner.
