Another Hollywood star has just had a little run-in with the law. Olivier Martinez, the rumored fiance of Halle Berry, was caught on camera on Monday, February 13 pointing at the front of his car while standing in front of a policeman. TMZ reported it happened in front of the school where Berry's daughter Nahla went to.
Law enforcement sources further informed the gossip site that 46-year-old Martinez was pulled over by the police in West Hollywood for having no front license plate and no current registration stickers. Fortunately for the "Dark Tide" actor, he was only issued a ticket, and was sent along his way.
The incident happened just a few days after Berry's ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry lost his rights to unsupervised visits with Nahla. On February 10, a judge reportedly ruled that the Canadian model can no longer see his 3-year-old daughter without supervision and will not be allowed any overnight stays.
The decision was made after the Los Angeles Department of Children and Family Services completed its investigation into child endangerment accusation against Aubry. Recently, TMZ uncovered that the DCFS has conducted an interview with Nahla, during which she talked about her father screaming at her and admitted that it made her extremely frightened.
