Last year, it was reported that Michael Fassbender would join Mia Wasikowska, Tilda Swinton and John Hurt in the Jim Jarmusch-directed film.

AceShowbiz - Jim Jarmusch has gathered the talents to star in his "unusual" vampire romance titled "Only Loves Left Alive". The director will reunite with Tilda Swinton, the star of his 2009 film "The Limits of Control", and work for the first time with "War Horse" star Tom Hiddleston as well as "Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy" actor John Hurt.

The horror drama has had Mia Wasikowska, Swinton and Hurt for a while now and reportedly was eying Michael Fassbender. It appears that the slot for Fassbender has been handed to Hiddleston although each of the actors' role is yet to be revealed. Rumor has it, Wasikowska, Swinton and Hiddleston will all play vampires.

The film itself is described as an unusual love story between two vampires who have been in love for centuries. "I've been imagining this film for years. I can't wait to now realise it with these remarkable collaborators," Jarmusch said last year. The filming will begin in the NRW region of western Germany later this year with $1.45 million in production budget.
