AceShowbiz - A one-half of the Thompson Square has found out how Blake Shelton's lips taste like at the 2011 American Country Awards. Speaking to PEOPLE at Las Vegas' MGM Grand where the awards show took place on Monday, December 5, Keifer Thompson revealed that the judge on "The Voice" has planted a kiss on his lips.
"He kissed me on the mouth earlier," gushed the "Are You Gonna Kiss Me or Not" hitmaker. With his singer wife Shawna Thompson by his side, he went on to say, "He's got really nice lips," before praising that Blake's lips "are very soft." He added, "I think he uses a lot of lip balm. Strawberry, I think."
Thompson Square came to the 2nd annual ACAs with seven nominations in hands. They walked away with three trophies, winning Single of the Year by a Duo/Group as well as Single and Music Video by a New Artist. "This is the first time we've ever won anything, so please be patient," said Keifer in his acceptance speech.
