AceShowbiz - "Glee" will spread the spirit of Christmas in next week's episode. Before enjoying the celebration, however, the New Directions is forced to make a tough decision since they are asked to perform at two different events on the same day.
Eager to perform in a Christmas special featuring her and fellow glee club members, Rachel is seen gracing the small screen in a classic black-and-white style along with Kurt, Blaine and Mercedes.
Preparing for the December 25 festivity, the New Directions kids are having fun decorating the choir room, Rachel gives her wish-list to Finn, while Sue volunteers at a children's homeless shelter. The episode will also feature "Star Wars" character Chewbacca which has been said to make "an appearance into Artie's dream in a way."
Directed by Matthew Morrison, "Extraordinary Merry Christmas" will air Tuesday, December 13 at 8/7c. The episode will also serve as a midseason finale for the show before it returns in January 2012. One of its new episodes is being crafted as a tribute to Michael Jackson.
