'Did Blair lose her baby in the accident?' and 'Will Chuck survive after losing a lot of blood?' are some of the questions to be answered in the winter premiere episode.

Chair had a short romantic moment on this week's "Gossip Girl" before it was ruined by a car accident that nearly killed them. In a sneak peek for the upcoming episode, Blair is already awake but appears to be very upset about something that might be caused by the accident.
On the other hand, Chuck is still unconscious and lying on hospital's bed after losing a lot of blood. While Blair prays to God to let him live, Serena plans to take down Gossip Girl for good as she blames Gossip Girl for the accident.
"Gossip Girl" is on hiatus after airing the December 5 episode and will only return on January 16, 2012. The upcoming episode is expected to answer the question if Blair suffered a miscarriage in the accident.
